Men's circles are personal growth groups for men who want more depth

Leave your masks at the door, and step into a space for honest conversation.

Our philosophy

Hey brother. Let's be honest for a second

Most of us are navigating our lives inside a definition of masculinity that is too limiting. The expectations we grew up with handed us a blueprint of what a man "should" be. To fit in, we quietly chopped off important parts of ourselves—our deeper emotions, our hidden struggles, and our vulnerability.

We put on the mask, grit our teeth, and keep moving. The result? Isolation. Disconnection. Living a life defined by others.

The "half-friendship" reality

You likely have male friends to grab a beer with or talk about sports. But if you're honest, it often feels like a half-friendship. You hit a wall the moment you want to talk about what’s keeping you up at night — your relationship doubts, your confusion, or the feeling that you’re just going through the motions. There is rarely a safe space to land for men when things get heavy.

Men’s Circle: Creating a safe space to share, connect and grow

The Men’s Circle brings self-aware men together in structured, facilitated spaces to put down the masks and dive into the themes that actually matter, such as:

  • How do we relate more authentically and lovingly with others?

  • How do we open up and allow ourselves to be vulnerable?

  • How do we constructively deal with our anger and our fear?

When you step into the circle, you aren't joining a therapy group to be "fixed". You aren't broken. You are joining a brotherhood of like-minded men navigating different phases of their life.

Lean into your true self

By actively leaning into the group, you will walk away feeling more grounded in your body, calmer in your mind, and clearer about who you are. You leave the half-friendships behind, and build a genuine base of men who truly see you - beyond what's on your CV.

  • You want constructive, peer-to-peer connection with other men.

  • You want to share life’s real challenges openly and constructively.

A note on safety

The Men's Circle wholeheartedly supports modern social progress, gender equality, and diversity. This is a strictly non-political, inward-focused space dedicated to personal accountability and growth. While possibly therapeutic, our circles are not a substitute for professional psychotherapy.

How a Men's Circle works

01 | Closed groups

02 | Group led topics

04 | Facilitated

You join a fixed cohort of 6-8 men (plus two facilitators) for a 6–9 month cycle of monthly sessions to build deep, compounding trust.

In the first session, the group collectively decides on the specific themes and life challenges to explore.

Every circle is safely contained, structured, and expertly guided by Thomas and/or Felix as facilitator-participants.

05 | Gestalt methods

We use bodywork, breath, and Gestalt practices to move past intellectual debating and drop into real feeling.

06 | Buddy system

You are paired with a partner between sessions to maintain a steady, supportive base in daily life.

03 | Monthly

Sessions take place in the evenings and last 2.5 hours. Since trust requires consistency, we ask you to attend all sessions in the cycle.

FAQs

Who is this for?

Our Men's Circles are for conscious cis-men (18+) with personal growth experience looking for grounded, peer-to-peer connection rather than therapy, politics, or dating.

Why a "cis-men" group?

It offers a dedicated space for cis-men to safely learn, grow, and navigate changing societal and gender dynamics together.

Will I learn a specific model of masculinity?

No, we do not teach a set model or masculine traits; you will simply expand your own definition of manhood by listening to the real experiences of others.

Can I drop in for a single night during a series?

To build trust and psychological safety, you must commit to the entire series.

Is sexuality a topic in this group?
Why is there a fee?

While this is a social project, a flat cycle fee covers professional facilitation, venue rental, and materials. Detailed pricing is listed on each city's page.

It can be explored if the group chooses it as a theme, but this is not the right space if exploring your sexuality is your primary motivation.
